A cool, crisp, tangy apple slaw is a great way to switch up your coleslaw routine. This apple slaw recipe uses store bought or fresh chopped cabbage as a base, along with matchstick apple slices. Pour a tangy honey mustard vinaigrette over top and toss to bring it all together. Serve as a side or condiment for your favorite picnic meats and sandwiches.
