These oven roasted tomatoes are the perfect combination of sweet and savory. You can serve them as a condiment on bread, meats, and pastas, or as a side dish to balance out a meal. As they cook down into a bursting, jammy consistency, a few aromatics and a drizzle of olive oil pump up the flavor of these irresistible tomatoes.

Ingredients: Cherry or grape tomatoes, shallot, whole garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper

There are two images in the Tomato Basil Butter set that are similar to the images included in this set, but technically there are NO shared images.
