This tomato basil butter is a sweet & savory way to add phenomenal flavor to butter. Start with sweet & savory oven roasted tomatoes, then blend them up with softened butter and fresh basil leaves. You can spread it on crusty bread, toss it with pasta, and so much more. It makes a great hostess or holiday gift, too!

Ingredients: Cherry or grape tomatoes, shallot, whole garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, butter, chopped fresh basil
